About the Role:
As a Project Manager with our client, a privately owned Western Australian business, you'll be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from tender to handover, including delivery. Your expertise will be crucial in managing projects with budgets of up to $50 million, ensuring they are completed within set timelines and budgets. Managing 3 to 4 projects at a time, you'll coordinate tasks efficiently, and with the projects all based in the Perth Metro area, you’ll have a stable and locally focussed work environment.

Key Criteria:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil construction projects, preferably with a focus on water and roads infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  • Thorough knowledge of construction industry regulations, codes, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) are advantageous.
