Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and oversee the execution of infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimates, and risk assessments for proposed projects.
- Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Provide technical expertise and support to project teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within a local government or civil construction context.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, standards, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
