The Opportunity
  • A highly respected company with a history approaching 20 years who work on projects to $30m – commercial, industrial, education and institutional
  • They have secured their work for 2024 and are seeking an experienced PM to lead two projects with a combined value approaching $20m
  • High quality CA support and great site management team
Your Responsibilities
 
  • Project Planning & Programming
  • Budget Management
  • Subcontractor and Supplier Negotiation
  • Team Leadership
  • Contract Management
  • Risk Management
  • Contractor Communications
  • Site Team Management
  • Progress Reporting
  • Client Relations
 
Experience/Qualifications:
  • A track record in successful project delivery of commercial construction projects – experience working on educational projects with the VSBA or Catholic Archdiocese  would be advantageous but not essential
  • Outstanding client and stakeholder management skill – this company owes it success to repeat business and nurturing relationships
  • Keen financial acumen with strong reporting skills
