Requirements:
- BSc Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or similar relevant tertiary qualification.
- Managed the delivery of commercial construction projects in Australia from pre-contract to handover.
- Managed the delivery of construction projects over the value of $40m with a mid to top tier company.
- Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
- Proven experience on commercially successful projects within program timeline.
- Longevity within previous positions.

Accountabilities:
- Manage the safe, profitable, timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
- Create and maintain project construction programme.
- Effectively communicate with key stakeholders, suppliers and sub-contractors.
- Managing the project teams to accurately and timely deliver projects according to schedule, budget and scope.
- Monthly commercial reporting, progress claims and variations
- Negotiation and dispute resolution.
