Production Manager

The Client:

Our Client is a well establish Company with huge growth happening looking for the right Production Manager to lead a time of 15 people.

The successful applicant will:

• Trade Qualified Cabinet Maker for at least 10years +
• Previous Factory Foreman, Leading Hand or Production Management experience essential
• Be skilled in reading plans and specifications
• Be composed, professional and compliant with W.H.S
• Have the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Be approachable by other members of staff.

The duties and responsibilities will be undertaken in various areas, listed below:

• Scheduling of workers to jobs effectively (this is critical to the role)
• Have a high standard of skill as a Cabinet Maker.
• Management of job and stock inventory
• Train and manage all factory staff including Apprentices
• Prioritize jobs accordingly
• Delegate tasks on a monthly, weekly and daily basis
• Have a good understanding of Hardware product knowledge
• Liaise with Project Managers regarding job scheduling
• Quality Control
