The Role
Quantifying materials and labour required on each job
Performing details BOQs and quantity take offs
Maintain price files within estimating software
Ensure all tenders, contracts and variations are accurately completed
Investigate and resolve issues to produce price quotations
Obtaining quotes and pricing from suppliers and maintaining registers
Working closely with internal departments
About You
5+ years hands on residential estimating experience including medium density / unit developments.
Relevant qualifications in Building and Construction, Design and or Engineering.
Understanding and interpreting architectural drawings, engineering drawings, soil reports and various contract documents.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Expertise in Databuild and / or Business Craft is preferable.
You must have the following:
Local experience and have a strong understanding of Victorian building codes and regulations
Must have permanent work rights
