The Fetch team are seeking experienced Processing Superintendents for an incredible opportunity to work with one of our highly respected clients for on an going 8:6 rostered role in WA.
This is a great opportunity to establish yourself and take advantage of a change.

About the role:
  • 8/6 Roster based on a WA mine site
  • Ensuring and paving the way for a safe work culture
  • Delivery and coordination of a team to achieve production targets
  • Work closely with maintenance to ensure a balance between production and reliability
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships and regular qualtiy communication between departments (Engineering, Metallurgy, Maintenance etc.)

 Experience Required:
  • 2-3 + years proven experience in a similar role in Processing + Mining
  • High quality communication skills with a malleable leadership style
  • Ability to work in a changing and dynamic environment
  • Large focus on safety and environmental consdieration
  • Certificate IV in frontline management or S44 desired
Additional Requirements:
  • Must be able to pass a pre emplyment medical and drug and alcohol screen 
  • Must have a valid drivers licence 
  • Recent contactable references 
  • Ability to provide a National Police Clearance
