Principal Drainage Engineer | Global Consultancy

A global leader, working on the biggest and best projects in the industry, this organisation is looking for a Principal Drainage Engineer to join their team. The role has become available due to a growth in their project pipeline.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading the analysis and design of drainage and flood management to deliver design packages on a variety of water resources, urban development, transport, and infrastructure projects.
• Identifying, supporting, and being involved in business development activities, such as the bidding and tendering process, and client liaison.
• Supervision and mentorship of junior staff and an opportunity to establish yourself as a leader within the water resources team.

About You:

• Qualified in civil or environmental engineering, with post-graduate experience working within an engineering consultancy environment with exposure to multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
• Strong proficiency in using software packages such as 12D, TuFlow, DRAINS, WBNM, RAFTS and HEC-RAS
• Client focussed professional with strong communication skills, time management and organisational skills.
