Senior Mechanical Project Manager (HVAC)

One of the few that remain privately owned yet still operate at a Tier 1 level, this contractor have grown consistently over the last 10 years to secure themselves as one of Australia's leading HVAC businesses.

Following some major project wins (all without having to compromise on price), my client are looking to add to their senior leadership team with both a Project Manager and a Senior Project Manager.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Mentoring less experienced staff to get the best out of them
• Ensuring that projects are delivered to the correct specifications and required quality / industry standards
• Planning work in a way which ensures that key milestones and completion dates are achieved
• Tender event schedules, design management strategy, project planning and Project Management systems
• Predicting cost to completion
• Financial management

What you need in order to apply

• Proven background as a Project Manager within the HVAC sector
• Experience working on mechanical packages in Australia
• Ideally exposure across a range of commercial projects
