Our Client, is a High End Builder specilsing in custom built high end projects valued between 2 - 8 million dollar build cost.
Projects are based in Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, include, New build townhouses and houses.
About the Role: High-End Residential Carpenter
As a High-End Residential Carpenter, you'll be at the forefront of crafting exceptional living spaces. From new builds that embody innovation to renovations that celebrate tradition, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping homes that reflect the unique aspirations of our clients. You'll be assisting the Site Manager with carpentry elements of the build, looking after apprentices, delegating work while still delivering high level of carpentry. They are looking for an all rounder that has in depth knowledge of all aspects of high end construction including, basement work, structures and high end finishing.

- Renovation: Transform existing spaces through expert remodelling, seamlessly integrating modern aesthetics with classic design elements.
- Finishing Excellence: Apply expert-level finishing techniques, ensuring surfaces are flawlessly smooth, polished, and ready to enchant.
- Customization: Craft bespoke carpentry solutions tailored to each client's preferences, lifestyle, and functional requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Work with a team of skilled tradesman and professionals to execute projects on time and to the highest standards.
- Tool Proficiency: Utilize an array of tools and equipment with finesse, showcasing your technical prowess in every task.
- Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with clients and team members to ensure project objectives are met and expectations exceeded.
