With civil works not looking to slow down anytime soon we are now seeking a Lead Estimator to join the team of 4 and drive the company into the next phase of growth covering all civil & infrastructure packages.

As a specialist provider in all groundwork packages from piling, reinforcement, basements, and earth works, my client is partnering with Melbourne's leading Tier 1-2 contractors offering packages up to $8+ Million including a wide range from Basements, Building structures, Roads, Bridge preparation and further infrastructure packages.

Offering an exciting and secure opportunity for a talented civil structures estimator holding a minimum of 5+ years local industry experience solid relationships with head contractors and subcontractors in the space, commencing on a fulltime basis in Melbourne.

Roles & Responsibilities

As an established Estimator in the market, you will play a key role in the uphold and growth of the business offering further opportunity with a higher tender retention.

The successful candidate will provide take offs from technical drawings and construction plans, creating comprehensive tender submissions and quotations with an exception delivery on attention to detail.

Developing and sustaining strong client relationships you will be working closely with subcontractors & contractors, presenting a personable yet strong approach to getting numbers over the line.

Your relationships will hold a high consideration to the application process as you will oversee the head company along with the sister company, the growth of the business into the next phase with heavily depend on you.

Personal Attributes

• With a minimum of 5+ years estimating with a focus in Civil Structures
• Comprehensive & recognised tender submissions, with an established winning tender portfolio over the years
• Previous experience leading a team overtaking a new division

Benefits

• Salary offered will be based on experience ranging from $120,000-$150,000 + Superannuation
• Bonuses offered on project wins
