Job description
Position: Roads & Highways Lead Engineer
Location: Perth, WA
Salary: $160K – 220K
An opportunity for a Roads & Highways Lead to join a leading tier 1 design consultancy is currently available. Your role will see you manage MRWA contracts, tenders, and awards as well as lead and mentor a team of Engineers and providing them a solid workflow of projects. You personally will be working on serval major portfolios and smaller upgrade works and get to work with some of the industries highly technical consultants within Perth that are highly regarded by main roads directly.
What Areas Can you Make a Difference?
Our clients are looking for individuals with experience with running major projects across major roads and highways with experience of tenders and bids. You will be highly regarded as a technical expert and provide advise to MRWA and local councils on how to proceed on sustaining capital and asset management upgrades and projects. You can make a real impact on the panel if you have the stakeholder engagement as well as technical hands-on approach.

- Degree of civil engineering
- 10+ years’ experience in MRWA projects
- Good stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- 12D and open roads software skills
