Job description
Land development continues an ongoing growth trajectory in Victoria, and my client is gaining momentum in their project pipelines and are internally promoting current resources to make room for new talent.
There is plenty of room for internal career growth and industry leading softwares, including 12D, Civil3D, plus exposure to new & interesting projects and client side business development.
Based in Bendigo, VIC, the successful candidate will be responsible for their subdivision, urban & infrastructure designs from concept through to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You will join a highly collaborative team who are a pack of "doers" and where banter is encouraged! They also nurture development and care for all their people.
This is a full-time position.

Your day-to-day:
- Able to design and interpret detailed design & other relevant documentations in the land development space
- Practical 12D usage and justify these solutions to stakeholders
- Supporting the senior engineers with activities associated with subdivisions & other urban projects
What you’ll need to be considered:
- Hold relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering/Drafting or equivalent work experience (CPEng will be highly considered)
- Proficient knowledge of 12D (preferred)
- Minimum 2+ years design and/or drafting experience within civil infrastructure
