Junior Site Manager / Foreman

The Role
The role on offer is for someone to manage a small team of subcontractors within a larger onsite team, on a large Commercial site. You will report to and have the support from a Senior Site Manager and work alongside other Foreman.

My client is looking for someone with commercial building experience who is ready to get off the tools and step into a Foreman position. You will need to be able to build rapport with clients, architects and work well in high pressure environments.

You
You will need to have carpentry experience on projects beyond $5mil and have worked on anything from university and school fitouts, retail stores, medical fitouts and commercial offices. You must have experience in managing trades and be a clear leader.

The following will help you stand out:

• Certificate III & IV in Building & Construction
• Diploma in Building & Construction (Preferred not necessary)
• Certifacte III in OHS
