Are you a Project Manager/Coordinator looking for an opportunity to shake things up by going direct to the source?
My client, a leading national high-end architectural design firm is looking for an logical and structured Project Manager/Coordinator to work in-house with the various design teams to manage the project portfolio while tying up any lose ends and keeping programs on track to the benefit of the design team and clients.
They are known for their ability to deliver the most outstanding homes across Australia's most luxurious suburbs, and are now also passionately engaged in designing projects on some of the most coveted pieces of land worldwide.   • Proven experience as a project manager/coordinator capable of managing multiple projects at any given time.
  • Structured and logical mindset.
  • Ability to lead project programs and teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Project), Adobe Suite, Deltek and software specific to the role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to work within multi-disciplinary team.
  • Strong contractual knowledge.
  • Willing to become an expert in Process and Standards to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the required quality.
  • Ability to procure and successfully implement systems & procedures.
  • Skills to administer Administration Standards, Processes and Design and Documentation Standards and to go in search of ways to improve these.
Reporting straight to the senior staff, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
  • Manage the administration of projects from sign up to delivery, ensuring projects are tracking on time and budget and project management systems are maintained.
  • Project budgets and resourcing.
  • Project tracking, reporting and analysis.
  • Maintain project management systems, keeping data up to date and regular reporting.
  • Continuous improvement and documentation of processes and procedures.
  • Assisting the Executive team in developing the practice’s commercial directions, fielding new opportunities
