THE ROLE
As the HR Manager, you will provide comprehensive HR support across the studio. Your key responsibilities include:
  • Managing the full employee lifecycle: HRIS systems, recruitment, induction, staff relations, remuneration, performance management, health, safety, and wellbeing
  • Developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with HR & OHS policies and legislation
  • Providing advice on employment relations issues
  • Supporting managers with staff reviews and performance management
  • Managing the OH&S function
  • Assisting in workforce planning and identifying talent gaps
  • Leading HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a fast-paced, high-volume HR position or a proven track record of success in Recruitment Administration in the Building/Construction Industry
  • Relevant Human Resources degree
  • Must have a good understanding of National Employment Standards (NES), Industrial Relations (IR) and the Building & Construction Award

  • You are organised and are a true multi-tasker
