Responsibilities:

  • Maintain working knowledge of business systems and procedures and keep abreast of new policies and procedures and ensure team are informed
  • Complete any requests for word processing, PowerPoint presentations and spreadsheet work
  • Work as a team within the business line and across the Administration group and increase cohesion across the teams
  • Work with the team to establish administrative processes and ensure the team complies with all requirements
  • Answer/screen and direct calls and take messages where appropriate
  • Regular communication with other support employees to offer assistance as required
  • Assist the Administration team with any administrative duties as required
  • Assist with the training of new and existing employees in procedures and policies and general administration processes
  • Producing and distributing report
  • Inputting and updating opportunities within Salesforce as requested by your team leads.
  • Onboarding process for new starters
  • Update and distribute team organisation charts
  • Maintain electronic diary
  • Assist with the organisation of meetings including meeting requests, booking, and setting up of rooms and equipment
  • Additional adhoc duties when required


A bit about you:

  • Ideally you will have had comparable experience within a Professional Services/Group Organisation position in past
  • Demonstrated experience supporting a group of professional and technical employees
  • Experience in the engineering consulting environment would be advantageous
  • High level written, organisation and interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task and work efficiently
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to find solutions
  • Demonstrated experience supporting a group of professional and technical employees
