Foreman - Dandenong

Well established Tier 3 builder in Melbourne. With an office based in the South East, works will take you from Melbourne's inner city to the Geelong dependant on projects.

After securing multiple projects that are all due to start in the new year, the company is seeking an experienced Foreman to join on contract, with a potential temp to perm move - Project portfolio ranging from High-End Residential, Commercial Apartments and offices.

The Company:

• Manage safe delivery and execution of structure with strict adherence with the project's time, cost and quality objectives.
• Adhere to OH&S compliance
• Coordinate the performance and daily tasks of multiple teams to achieve project objectives.
• Trouble shoot onsite issues.
• Complete progress reporting, activities, regular reporting to the Project Manager.
• Manage up to 20-40 trades onsite.
• Undertake site inspections, conduct testing and upkeep of site inductions where required.

The Role:

• Trade Qualification.
• Proven experience on similar projects valued up $25m
• Clear leadership and communication skills
