The Role
Seeking a Finishes Foreman with a proven track record for the above project for a 2 - 3 month contract role starting immediately. Potential for longer term placement for the right person (if desired).

The Role
Seeking a Finishes Foreman with a proven track record for the above project for a 2 - 3 month contract role starting immediately. Potential for longer term placement for the right person (if desired).
The Finishes Foreman will be responsible for;
- Assisting with the scheduling and planning of work
- On site Quality Assurance
- Attend and present at weekly site meetings
- Managing and overseeing OHS
- Coordinate finishes trades on site
- Managing the works to reasonably ensure they are fit for purpose and compliant with luxury standards
- Liaising with sub-contractors, internal parties and various stakeholders
- Trade background (ideal not essential)
- Demonstrable experience as a Foreman or Site Manager
- Commercial or High End Residential experience
- Proven experience of effectively managing sub-contractors, in a professional manner and ensuring longevity of relationships.
