Finishes Foreman - Contract

The Company

My client is a multi-award winning international commercial builder with a multiple projects based in Melbourne. They have a number of roles available due to an increased spike in workload and are looking for a multiple finishing foremen to help close out 4 projects.

The Candidate

• Commercial fit out foreman experience of at least 3 years
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Able to mentor junior staff
• Ability to work autonomously whilst leading the team to success
• Liaison with subcontractors, labour & unions
• Great time management skills
• Personable and exceptional presentation
• Experience in running projects, sections or areas to the building programme
• Trade or tertiary qualification ideally experienced with multi-residential/commercial projects
