Are you an experienced civil engineer with up to 3+ years estimating in Australian civil structures industry? With a strong pipeline of works for the coming 24 months, we are now seeking a driven individual to join the team full time.

Delivering projects to Melbourne's tier 1-2 civil head contractors our rail industry is booming, with a validated works portfolio offering a range of concrete install & supply from road bridges, pedestrian bridges, level crossings & superstations.

Supported by the lead estimator and Project Manager, you will hold a minimum of 3+ years in concrete structures with a project portfolio averaging between $6-$10 million per project.

Make no mistake, this is an opportunity to jump on board with one of the leading sub-contractors delivering in the structural division offered on a full-time secure opportunity in Melbourne's North West.

Roles & Responsibilities

You will play a key role in the uphold and growth of the business offering further opportunity with a higher tender retention.

The successful candidate will provide take offs from technical drawings and construction plans, creating comprehensive tender submissions and quotations with an exception delivery on attention to detail.

Personal Attributes

You will hold demonstrated experience in a similar role tendering packages for concrete structures from; formwork, slab on ground, concrete placement, in situ walls, falsework design & supply, curing & reinforcement.

• With a minimum of 3+ years estimating with a focus in concrete structures
• Ability to deliver full tender submissions between $6-$10 Million, with an established winning tender portfolio over the years
• Previous experience programming favoured but not essential
• Flexible working, currently offered wfh however post lockdown the expectation to work in Melbourne's North West is required
• Working hours 0700-1700 Monday- Friday with occasional weekend

To be successful in this role you will hold previous estimating experience within Structures here in Australia for a minimum of 3+ years.
