About the Role: Estimator
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for:
Project Estimation: Accurately estimate costs for pipeline projects within the land development space.
Budget Management: Collaborate with project managers to develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial success.
Supplier and Subcontractor Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors to secure competitive pricing.
Documentation: Prepare comprehensive and accurate documentation, including bills of quantities and cost estimates.
Skills and Experience:
Estimating Expertise: Proven experience in estimating within the civil construction industry, with a focus on pipelines in land development.
Budget Management: Strong skills in project budgeting and cost control.
Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and contractors to achieve optimal project costs.
Documentation Proficiency: Excellent documentation skills, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all estimates.
