Location - Melbourne's South Eastern suburbs

Are you currently running your own business but have had enough of constantly chasing invoices? Maybe you've spent a number of years within a service team at an established contractor but fancy trying your hand at running your own business within a business?

I am currently partnering with a very well established services contractor who are looking to add to their already successful management team. With a focus on the ever growing eastern and south eastern suburbs, this is a great chance to build a team with strong guidance from the other managers within the business.

Day to day duties:

• Day to day business development with new and exisiting clients
• Management of the electrical division
• Working closely with, and managing a team of electricians
• Estimating and pricing of service packages
• Work closely to meet project scope, budgets and financial targets
• Preparation and development of SWMS and Permits

Required experience:

• Minimum 5 years electrical experience within a Service Manager role or equivalent
• Ideally exisiting client basewithin the electrical sector
• Commercially aware and ability to price work
• Highly motivated and proactive approach
• Strong communication skills to both internal teams and external stakeholders
