Location - Western Suburbs Melbourne

Salary - $140,000 - $160,000 + super + company car

This is the perfect role for any Electrical Project Manager that is looking to deliver multiple projects with full autonomy and has the long-term ambition of progressing into a General Manager within the business.

I'm working with a well-known and established electrical contractor who are looking to bring on a Project Manager that wants to be given the level of trust expected when you've worked in the industry for a while.

This business specialises within the electrical install world working across a mix of commercial and industrial projects. With developments already secured and a large pipeline of upcoming projects, this company is looking for the ideal candidate to expand their continually growing business.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that projects are delivered to the correct specifications and required quality / industry standard
• Delivering projects from estimate through to commissioning
• Planning work in a way which ensures that key milestones and completion dates are achieved
• Tender event schedules, design management strategy, project planning and Project Management systems
• Predicting cost to completion
• Pricing and processing variations
• Financial management
• Day to day contact with the principal contractor

• Proven track record of delivering electrical packages in Australia
• Client focused & skill to maintain relationships
• Strong commercial awareness
• Excellent communication skills
