Location - Inner Suburbs, Melbourne

Salary - $120,000 - $140,000 + super + fuel card + eTAG

20 years in the industry and you still have your manager watching your every move? This is the perfect role for any Electrical Project Manager that wants to take that next step into delivering multiple projects with full autonomy.

I'm working with a well-known Tier 2 contractor who are looking to bring in a great personality, someone that wants to be given the level of trust expected when you've worked in the industry for a while.

This business specialises within the electrical install world working across a mix of projects from mid to large commercial as well as civil. With projects already secured for this year and the estimating team running at full capacity there is no shortage of work here.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensuring that projects are delivered to the correct specifications and required quality / industry standard
• Delivering projects from estimate through to commissioning
• Planning work in a way which ensures that key milestones and completion dates are achieved
• Tender event schedules, design management strategy, project planning and Project Management systems
• Predicting cost to completion
• Pricing and processing variations
• Financial management
• Day to day contact with the principal contractor

What you need in order to apply

• Proven track record of delivering electrical packages in Australia
• Client focused & skill to maintain relationships
• Strong commercial awareness
• Excellent communication skills
