Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Site Manager or an experienced Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing projects ranging from $8m-$15m dollars. Your exceptional leadership skills and technical expertise will be instrumental in driving successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

• Oversee project progress, ensuring compliance with specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

• Provide strong leadership and mentorship to project teams, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments to ensure work meets high standards.

• Monitor project financials, prepare progress reports, and effectively manage project budgets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or Project Manager in construction, specifically managing projects between 8-15 million dollars.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and industry best practices.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage diverse teams.

• Sound understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements.

• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
