About the role

• Inspect and report on all domestic building related matters remotely from a desktop via video link to an on-site assessor
• Provide a detailed scope of works and cost estimates
• Collate and review reports for submission to client

Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in Construction
• Insurance industry experience/exposure is a MUST
• Strong computer skills & data entry ability (word, excel & outlook)
• Strong attention to detail
• Flexibility with working hours
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must live locally and have permanent work rights
