Customer Service Administrator - Residential Builder

Located in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne, they are on the hunt for an experienced and an all-rounder Customer Service Administrator who can add to this company's ongoing success.


The Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will be responsible and manage all client files and provide exceptional customer service from the time of acceptance of sale, through to completion.

• Customer Satisfaction ratings
• Introductory Calls to all customers within 48 hours of Sales Acceptance
• Provide Building Tenders
• Provide HIA Building Contracts
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Provide ongoing administration of client files and provide customer service through liaison with construction staff & clients including initiation of client contact and maintaining correspondence.
• Present and have Building Tenders and Building Contracts accepted by Clients
• Deliver completed client files (Job Starts) to the Construction Division in line with monthly forecasts.

• Knowledge of Construction, Estimating & Drafting terminology
• General administrative practices & procedures, consumer law - HIA
• Can work effectively within a team
• Strong communication skills both verbal & written
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Clear thinking, alert, intuitive and informed
• Organisational Skills, Self-management
