About the Role:
As a Contracts Administrator with our client, a privately owned Western Australian business, you'll play a vital role in supporting the management of project contracts. With a range of diverse projects from $2M to $50M, your role involves administrative and hands-on tasks, balancing resources, budgets, and deadlines.

Key responsibilities:
  • Administer contracts for water and civil projects ranging from $2.5M to $50M.
  • Handle full contract lifecycle, including preparation, negotiation, execution, and completion, while building strong relationships with Clients, Stakeholders, and Subcontractors.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, manage costs, and address commercial issues promptly.
  • Prepare detailed progress reports, ensuring alignment with project baselines.
  • Manage compilation, submission, and negotiation of progress claims, variations, and EOTs for fair outcomes.
  • Support procurement process, ensuring timely acquisition of resources within project specifications and budget.
  • Assist with preparation of financial reports, valuations, and cash flows to support decision-making and project success.
