The Role

• Attending program meetings and helping with the delivery of the project within the construction time frame
• Working within a team of 3 and reporting into a very supportive CA Manager, along with working with site supervisors to ensure a smooth project delivery
• Contracts administration and updating for variations as required
• Coordinate subcontractors, ordering and scheduling materials and works
• Managing timelines and budgets
• Client management

About You

• Strong experience administering contracts for commercial/ medium density residential projects on time and within budget
• Sound ability to liaise with clients in a professional manner
• Fantastic time management, organisational and communication skills
• Driven, motivated and passionate about architectural construction
• Ambitious and driven personality to suit their high-performing work culture
• Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
• Minimum of 3years experience
