Contract Administrator - Developer

My client, a uniquely positioned Developer, are looking to strengthen their Delivery team with the addition of a Contract Administrator.

What we are looking for -

Construction industry professionals that have 5+ years experience in construction contract admin - you will come from a commercial construction background and be used to supporting a project manager on multiple projects. You will ideally have experience delivering Fit Out/Refurbishment and New Build projects in one of the following sectors; Commercial, Industrial, Hospitality. An added bonus will be experience administering Commercial Lease Agreements.

Key skill requirements -

• Design and Construct Contract Administration
• Detailed knowledge of the design phase of a project
• Experience working on multiple, multi-million dollar projects at any given time
• A Construction or Property related degree along with practical experience as stated
• Natural people management skills
• An adaptable and autonomous attitude to your workload
