Job description
  • Prominent Tier 3 Builder, projects to $20m, who have undergone steady and organic growth over the past decade
  • Fantastic project portfolio of high spec builds for diverse government, institutional, aged care and commercial clientele – their repeat client list is the envy of the industry
  • High calibre management team to support and mentor you – Directors, Operations Manager, Commercial Manager and tenured Project Manager
  • Intermediate to experienced level CA – you will be administering two commercial construction projects with the combined value of $15m with the same PM.
  • This company utilises Jobpac, experience in this software would be desirable, though not essential
  • Administer Contracts (Head / Subcontracts)
  • Setup & maintain Project Letting Schedule
  • Prepare subcontractor packages, scopes and schedules
  • Accurate review & evaluation of subcontract Tenders
  • Manage progress claim assistance and external variations
  • Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims
  • Administer RFI’s to architects, consultants and clients
  • Support the Project Manager in meeting all project requirements
  • Exceptional management team that mentor and develop their staff
