Requirements:
- BSc Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar tertiary qualification.
- Commercial building experience on projects over $20m in Australia.
- 3+ years post grad experience.
- Strong commercial acumen and contractual knowledge.
- Proven communication and negotiation skills.

Accountabilities:
- Managing head and sub-contract condisitions incl procurement of trades.
- Ensuring sub-contractors have accurate detailed scope of works.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Administering variation submissions for the client and subcontractors.
- Managing head and subcontract progress claims and preparing payments
- Finalising head contract and subcontract accounts
