The Company

Requirements: 
  • BSc Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar tertiary qualification. 
  • Commercial building experience on projects over $20m in Australia. 
  • 3+ years post grad experience.
  • Strong commercial acumen and contractual knowledge. 
  • Proven communication and negotiation skills.

Accountabilities:

  • Managing head and sub-contract condisitions incl procurement of trades.
  • Ensuring sub-contractors have accurate detailed scope of works. 
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Administering variation submissions for the client and subcontractors.
  • Managing head and subcontract progress claims and preparing payments
  • Finalising head contract and subcontract accounts
