We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Compliance and Admin Coordinator to work closely with our state Manager and Senior Compliance Manager to assist the day-to-day running of our business of 40+ staff across 2 states.

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Compliance and Admin Coordinator to work closely with our state Manager and Senior Compliance Manager to assist the day-to-day running of our business of 40+ staff across 2 states.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process placements, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Provide admin support, including data entry and answering calls, managing compliance reporting as required.
- Manage Workcover employees and return to work plans.
- Manage office operations, including inventory, facilities management and incoming calls and emails.
- Assist with day-to-day business operations, including reporting, systems/tech management and I.T support to our staff.
- Assist the P&C manager in the planning and execution of internal meetings, training session and events.
- At least one year of experience in a similar compliance or administrative role, recruitment or labour hire industry experience is a bonus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A proactive and solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
