We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Compliance and Admin Coordinator to work closely with our state Manager and Senior Compliance Manager to assist the day-to-day running of our business of 40+ staff across 2 states. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process placements, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Provide admin support, including data entry and answering calls, managing compliance reporting as required.
  • Manage Workcover employees and return to work plans.
  • Manage office operations, including inventory, facilities management and incoming calls and emails.
  • Assist with day-to-day business operations, including reporting, systems/tech management and I.T support to our staff.
  • Assist the P&C manager in the planning and execution of internal meetings, training session and events.
Relevant Skills:
  • At least one year of experience in a similar compliance or administrative role, recruitment or labour hire industry experience is a bonus.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive and professional attitude.
