Civil Supervisor (Utilities)
Seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for a Civil Construction project. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of a mixed utility project which will include the relocation of water and sewer assets. The ideal candidate will have at least 7- 10 years’ experience as a site supervisor working on Civil Construction projects, and should have strong communication skills with the ability to interact with a range of stakeholders, as well as excellent organizational skills and the capacity to multi-task.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the installation of Yarra Valley Water, South East Water and Greater Western Water assets and an in-depth knowledge of the MRWA (Main Roads Western Australia) standards. This is a crucial requirement for the role as the supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that the project is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities

  4. Monitoring and reporting on project progress, including identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.

  5. Communicating effectively with a range of stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, clients, and regulatory bodies.

  6. Organizing and coordinating the day-to-day activities on the project site.

  7. Ensuring that all safety procedures are adhered to and that the site is kept in a safe and tidy condition.

  8. Managing project costs and ensuring that the project is delivered within budget.

  9. Managing and coordinating the handover of the project to the client.

  10. Ensuring that the project is completed on time and to the satisfaction of the client.
