Civil Supervisor - Melbourne

We are currently seeking experiencedCivil Supervisors with over 5 years of industry experience for roles in Melbourne Australia. Scope of works:
•    Supervising; 
•    Bulk earthworks
•    Utilities (Water, Sewer, Drainage)
•    Pavements 
•    Minor FRP works
•    Road construction 
•    Car park construction 
•    Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
•    Coordinate and manage subcontractors and tradespeople.
•    Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
•    Prepare and maintain project schedules and progress reports.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Plan, coordinate and supervise construction activities.
•    Monitor and control project costs.
•    Ensure quality control and safety regulations are met.
•    Communicate project progress and issues to management.
•    Provide leadership and direction to project team.
