Civil Estimator - Junior or Senior

Excellent opportunities have became available as Civil Estimators to join a well established civil contractor based in Melbourne.

With a view to build on existing capabilities and relationships, this contractor is looking to appoint 2 Estimators to play an integral role in the development and continued growth of this organisation in the Victorian market. 

Your key experience will include:

• Estimate project quantities and costs through first principles pricing of direct and indirect job costs

• A proven background managing successful tenders up to $1-5 million in the Melbourne Civil market

• Experience pricing and winning projects in Civil and Vic Roads sectors

• Well-developed communication skills to assist in client meetings

• Experience in 3D measuring and earthwork volumes. 

• Strong commercial acumen

• Advanced time management skills supporting your ability to meet tight deadlines

This contractor are seeking highly driven individuals who are able to demonstrate a proactive approach in the identification of commercial opportunity. Demonstrated experience in successfully securing profitable civil construction opportunities in Victoria such as land development, Road infrastructure, sub-divisions and concrete projects will be key to your success.
