Your day to day will be…

• Attending programme meetings and helping with the delivery of the project within the construction time frame

• Reporting and working alongside the Site Manager to ensure a smooth project delivery

• Contracts administration and updating for variations as required

• Coordinate subcontractors, ordering and scheduling materials and works

• Managing timelines and budgets

• End to end client management from contract to handover

Requirements:

• 5+ years (minimum) of experience in a CA role working on residential/commercial projects in VIC

• A proven record of working on projects in excess of $8M+

• Knowledge of Melbourne construction market and subcontractors

• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

• MUST have permanent work rights
