Location - Inner suburbs, Melbourne OR Sydney
Salary - $120,000 - $150,000 + super (Based on experience)

About the Role

Reporting straight to the Director, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

  • Provide mentoring to Mid-Level, and Junior Level employees alongside general collaboration with all team members

  • Work in-step with other members of staff, including the Creative Director. This requires organisation and proactiveness in establishing, completing, and reporting on tasks

  • Work with the leadership team to develop key design technology strategies and opportunities for improvements to workflows, tools and the capabilities of teams

  • Provide advice on new systems, programs, and technologies suitable for the company goals and efficiencies

  • Develop and implement new company procedures in regards to a BIM workflow

  • Develop and maintain existing BIM standards and ensure compliance of standards

  • Oversee and provide ongoing support, troubleshooting and guidance for BIM workflows

  • Provide ongoing training to project teams in the use of BIM tools (Revit, Revisto, Navisworks etc.)

  • Continually seek to identify opportunities to improve existing workflows or capabilities

  • Liaise with external IT to manage AEC software including, but not limited to, incorporating new version releases, maintaining legacy software, and customising software based on standards 

  • Stay informed on best practices for use of Revit Architecture

To Be Considered

To be considered for this role my client are looking for you to possess the following; 

  • A proven track record of experience as a BIM Manager in Australia

  • Recent experience with Revit, Enscape, Rhino, Autocad, Revisto, Deltek and Microsoft Office

  • High attention to detail

  • Effective communication skills
