Location – Inner City Suburbs

About the Position

In this role, you'll manage crucial aspects of administration and financial operations. Collaborate with the Fiance Manager and Finance team on various tasks, including overseeing accounting systems, reconciling accounts, and monthly financial reporting. Handle accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and monitoring cost control, contributing to the smooth financial management of the company.
As part of your role, you will undertake the following responsibilities:

  •  Bookkeeping & AP Processing for construction entities.
  •  General Ledger and Bank Account Reconciliation
  •  Preparation and upload of Payment Runs
  •  Business partnering with construction managers to ensure cost control.
  •  Support with month end and balance sheet processes
  •  Assistance with Management and Financial Reporting
  •  Ad-hoc work as requested by the Financial Controller and CFO

About You
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in building and construction industries would be highly advantageous.
  • You flourish in fast-paced and deadline-driven work cultures.
  • You embrace challenges with a proactive and positive mindset.
  • You have a strong attention to detail and meticulous in all aspects of work, particularly in communication.
  • You enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment and actively contributes to achieve shared goals.
