What a great way to start the financial year! We had a massive number of NINE consultants promoted, varying from Consultant, all the way to Divisional Manager. Each person has consistently put care into the relationships they have created with both their candidates and clients, as well as always persevering and giving 110% in everything they do. Fetch is dedicated to supporting the growth of their employees and they invest in training and self-development so they can become the best versions of themselves.
Anton, Bronte, Gemma, and Jack have all started within the past year, and have quickly shown big results in their spaces. All starting at Fetch as Associate Consultants, they showed promise early on and have achieved so much in such a short time. Some of their career highlights to date include Anton winning the Fetch Award for upholding the business' core values, Jack being able to run his own desk and hit billing targets, Bronte placing two high-level candidates in one week, and Gemma making her first permanent placement. Their recent promotion to Consultant is a great accomplishment during the early stages of their recruitment career!
Siobhan started in recruitment coming from a completely different industry and has been able to achieve each goal she has set to be where she is today as a Senior Consultant. Voted as the Up & Coming Consultant in 2022, she works extremely hard to positively impact her clients’ and candidates’ lives and has placed 50 people into permanent jobs. Another consultant who won the Up & Coming Award early on during their time at Fetch is Max! Max was promoted to Principal Consultant last quarter due to his dedication and passion that has been reflected in his work since starting at Fetch in 2020. These consultants are proof of all the amazing things that are possible when you are driven to succeed!
Someone who has helped to grow the Civil Construction & Engineering space here at Fetch, Matt’s promotion to Team Leader was no surprise. Currently overseeing three consultants, he has assisted in getting Fetch onto the Preferred Supplier Agreements of several of Australia’s largest Tier 1 and Tier 2 Civil Contractors. Matt finds joy when he places candidates into their dream job – whether that be working on smaller projects or on to some of Melbourne’s biggest billion-dollar infrastructure projects!
Another well-deserved promotion to Team Leader last quarter was Leo, who is one of our high achievers! A member of the High-Flyers Club (the group of Consultants that hit their 150% Quarterly target goals), he currently oversees two consultants in the Civil Trades space. Leo says the opportunities he’s had to participate in multiple sport charity events such as the Melbourne Marathon, Run for the Kids, Recruitment World Cup, and the upcoming Ukraine 30km Run are some of the highlights of his career at Fetch..
Overseeing five consultants and still in charge of the Electrical desk, Louis has proven himself time and time again why he means so much to us here at Fetch! Starting four years ago, his exceptional work ethic and drive, as well as the effort he puts in to get to know his candidates and clients, are just some of the reasons why Louis has received this promotion. While climbing through the ranks to now being where he is now, his career highlights include receiving the Director’s Award at the 2018 Annual Christmas Event, as well as his most recent promotion to Divisional Manager for Manufacturing & Construction Trades!
