Tell us a bit about your career to date and why you got into Recruitment.
Why did I get into recruitment? That's easy, I wanted a job where I could wear a suit and tie. So here we are 😊
My career to date hasn’t really changed since day one. I still love running a White-Collar Contract desk day to day and helping out wherever I can with the wider team and the business, be it with advice or helping our business achieve its goals.
What’s your favourite thing about working at Fetch?
EVERYONE says the people, and yes our people make Fetch the best place in the world to work!
But I also love our commitment to being a progressive and inclusive space that changes with the times.
What’s one thing you wish people knew about Recruitment or your industry?
It's like barracking for Collingwood. We have some unbelievably good times! But there is also a little bit of heartbreak thrown in there from time to time.
#1 career highlight to date?
Realising our goal and vision of growing from a team of four into a genuine medium-sized business of 30+ with multiple offices in different states.
Your life mantra is / Your philosophy on life is / The words you live by are…
Always do a job you love, and you will never work a day in your life.
If your life were a movie which one would it be?
Me, Myself and Irene.
Favourite song, band, or musician? (Or genre of music)
I'm now considered old (to our team) so anything from the ’70s, 80’s, or 90’s gets me on the dancefloor 🕺
If you were on death row, what would be your last meal?
A nice 400g Porterhouse from the Railway Hotel, Port Melbourne.
Name three things you are grateful for right now.
Tell us a #FunFact about you!
I once went on a behind-the-scenes tour of Government House in Melbourne and sat on the same bed Queen Elizabeth stayed in whilst on her tours of Melbourne!
