A Carpenter to trade, after an injury left me out of work and considering my options, a conversation with Eoin McGuiness found me here. This background working on civil construction projects in Melbourne gives me a great understanding of both my Candidates and my Clients.
What’s your favourite thing about working at Fetch?
The great people here at Fetch have built an environment where you are both fully supported in your role and also encouraged to be yourself and to find what works for you, there is no one size fits all model.
What’s one thing you wish people knew about recruitment or your industry?
That recruitment can be a lot like waiting for a bus, you wait all day for one and two to come along at once.
