Tell us a bit about your career to date and how you got into Recruitment.
I worked in retail sales during my university degree. My first job after graduating was working in a marketing and management role. What both roles had in common was that there was a people component that I enjoy being a part of – so I took up this recruitment opportunity with Fetch to get in touch with more people.
What’s your favourite thing about working at Fetch?
The support that everyone provides, the way we all have a common goal, and meeting new people - I have a fascination with how people got to where they are professionally and personally.
What’s one thing you wish people knew about recruitment or your industry?.
The endless number of opportunities there are, not in just Civil Engineering but also in Building & Construction.
#1 career highlight to date?
I once won an all-expenses-paid trip to Las Vegas for being a top seller at one of my previous retail jobs, also purely because I’m just amazing 😁
