Tell us a bit about your career to date and how you got into Recruitment:
Before joining Fetch, I worked as a trade assistant in Melbourne and Darwin. At the start of the year, I tried to get into recruitment and began as a resoucer and learned the basics of the industry. I was then very fortunate to get the opportunity to get the role as an Associate Consultant with Fetch.
What’s your favourite thing about working at Fetch?
The environment – Everyone in the office is very helpful and friendly. As somebody new to recruitment, it's great that everyone is approachable and that there is no such thing as a silly question.
What’s one thing you wish people knew about recruitment or your industry?
It is extremely fast-paced and a lot changed within an hour.
#1 career highlight to date?
Making a permanent placement within my first 2 weeks!

I love all genres of music and my favourite song changes every week. At the moment my favourite artist and song is Oasis – Morning Glory.

My mother’s roast dinner.
