Tell us a bit about your career to date and how you got into Recruitment Recruitment is something that I’ve wanted to get into for a couple of years, but I never made the plunge. Previously, I was in a management role for 10 years in a retail environment. My favourite thing about that role was recruiting and finding great people in order to create the dream team. In January, I finally took the plunge and it’s the best decision that I have ever made.
What’s your favourite thing about working at Fetch? The team, everyone really wants you to succeed, and we all have fun while we do it!
What’s one thing you wish people knew about recruitment or your industry? The amount of time we put into each role or candidate, it can take months to find the right fit for both the candidate and the client.
#1 career highlight to date? Placing two high level candidates in one week.
Your philosophy on life is... Life’s short, drink a cruiser.
