Tell us a bit about your career to date and how you got into Recruitment.
I jumped into recruitment nearly two years ago now, I wanted to get into a job that works directly with people and recruitment gave me the opportunity to do so. Career to date I've been in my current sector for 12 months and with Fetch just going 5 months.

That working with people that are always changing their mind or have uncertainties committing to change requires a lot of patience.
