One of our busy Civil Trades Consultants, Leo is a recent addition to the team & brought with him some diverse international sales experience as well as a positive attitude on life. Seriously, this guy oozes good vibes and positivity!
Leo loves making music, keeping fit, watching West Ham United (albeit painful at times) & performing the occasional magic trick.
You’ll find him on the weekend getting some fresh veggies at Prahran market or rocking his vintage clothes whilst drinking a rolling calf spiced rum on the rocks.

Tell us a bit about your career to date and how you got into working in recruitment.
Well, I was lucky enough to work for my family business back in the UK for a few years straight out of school, which taught me all the fundamentals of business. I then realised that it wasn’t exciting enough for me, so I decided to spend the summer in Ibiza working for a PR company (highly recommend). When I finally arrived home, I spent 5 years working as a regional BDM, developing my skills and travelling around the UK. Which gave me the opportunity to see all of the UK’s beautiful towns (and pubs).
Earlier this year I moved to Australia for the second time and a friend from back home introduced me to this amazing company (Fetch). After meeting with the team twice I knew I wanted to be a part of their journey.
What’s your favourite thing about working at Fetch?
Everyone is always in a good mood, awesome socials, free coffee.
What’s one thing you wish people knew about recruitment?
We are only here to make your lives easier/ better. We get to speak to people from all different walks of life with tons of knowledge & experience; because of that we become well connected which creates awesome opportunities for you.
