This week in our #MeetTheFetchie series, we are looking into the life and times of Pippa!
Our residential construction consultant is originally from the UK and luckily for us, Pippa now calls Melbourne home.
She may be the most organised person you will ever come across, and her efficiency in her job highlights this.
Pip always leaves a positive influence on those around her, as she is extremely helpful, sweet and willing to go the extra mile to assist those in need.
Keep on reading to learn more about Pippa and her life here at Fetch!
Name: Pippa
Position: Consultant
Time in role: 13 months
I was actually a nanny for a really long time in England, so recruitment was a big career change. I had a close friend who was a recruiter and always thought it sounded like a job I’d enjoy. When I moved to Melbourne I decided it was time to go for it so I ended doing about a year of sales work first and then landed my first recruitment role in construction 2 years ago and have never looked back.
The culture and the people – they’re there with you through the highs and the lows
All recruiters are not the same, there’s a lot of us out there and we all have very different styles. Picking a recruiter who suits you personally is really important.
