Tell us a bit about your career to date and how you got into recruitment.
After having a difficult start with visas etc when I arrived in Aus, I finally found fetch and set up the Sub-contractor desk from scratch. Within 6 short months I was promoted to Senior consultant and established myself pretty well in that Sub-contractor space.
What’s your favourite thing about working at Fetch?
The life-long friends I have made and the fun we have!
What’s one thing you wish people knew about recruitment / your industry?
How resilient and thick-skinned you have to be, its like being on a ongoing rollercoaster of emotions.
